Your unit code will be sent directly to you via your travel booking site email at 4PM on arrival day.

You may go straight to the room and use your code to unlock the door. No front desk required.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

Park across the street at 2611 N. Ocean Blvd. Between the General Store and Magnolia’s.

Do NOT park on the Beach side lot. Exception: 15 minute unload/load.

Parking Pass will be in room. Additional passes are available at the Blue Palmetto General Store.

LINENS: You may leave the linens on the beds and towels on bars.

DISHES: Please clean and put away dishes.

Remember all your items at departure. Check UNDER the bed and in drawers. **
** We are NOT responsible for items left behind and unfortunately may not be able to ship them back to you.
Any returns are subject to a $40 Administrative fee PLUS mailing cost. **

Each room has its own wall unit that you may adjust as needed.

HOT Days Note: Even the best AC is only able to drop room temperature down ~20 degrees. Therefore, on a hot summer afternoon, when the sun shines on the glass balcony door, the AC will likely not go below 75. It may be helpful to close the curtain during this time.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted on balcony NOR in room. $350 fine

BALCONIES: No hanging towels, bathing suits etc. No bird feeding.

APPROVED PETS: Must be kept on leash at all times. Dispose of waste in OUTDOOR trash.

UNDISCLOSED PETS: $350 fine and unrefunded cancellation.

GROUPS: Blocks of 3 or more rooms must be pre-approved by management and are subject to a $150 damage deposit per room.

POOL: Enjoy our seasonal outdoor oceanfront pool. Sorry, we do NOT provide pool towels.
