We're offering oceanfront studios and one bedroom units available with amazing ocean balconies right on the ocean. These are "permanent" rentals on the beach in Myrtle Beach.
It is nearly impossible to find apartments that will rent annually. Winter rentals are available, but very few properties offer annual leases - this is what makes Blue Palmetto special. In addition, ALL utilities (including high speed internet) are included.
We are in the process of rebranding the former property (Court Capri) to Blue Palmetto since our acquisition in March 2021. We have been working on improvements and a lot more upgrades will be occurring over the next year.
