NEW RESIDENT CHECKLIST -  A print-out will be provided by staff.  Must be signed before move-in

 

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS - All payments must be made via the online Resident Center portal.   Don't get hit with the 2.9% credit card fee!  Read here for details.
